LEAD TIMES

In the UK orders usually take 1-4 business days from the day the order is dispatched through to receipt by the customer. In exceptional circumstances please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or anywhere outside of the UK Mainland. Sorry - but we are working on it. We would love to hear from you if this has affected you - just to let us know that there is a demand.

Please note that all our delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated times please contact us.

SHIPPING CHARGES
For orders to be delivered to any UK Mainland address, we charge:

£2.35 for all orders up to £5
£3.50 for all orders up to £15
£5.50 for all orders up to £30
£6.50 for all orders up to £50

For orders over £50 delivery is FREE.

As an example, if you order 3 items that collectively cost £14.50, you will pay £3.50 for postage and packing.

Delivery is via standard Royal Mail Registered post, although we often utilise courier services from the private sector depending on the volume of sales
